Blake Fox
CEO/president, Paramedic
some say that when Blake was born his first baby rattle was a laryngoscope handle. His father, Robert Fox, was the founder of Riverside who wanted to find a way to serve his community by providing the highest quality care available. After his father passed, Blake took on the responsibility of continuing his fathers legacy as the leader of Riverside and is pushing forward with advancement in the companies care standards and healthcare initiatives. You can find Blake outside of work spending time with his wife and his 4 children.
Jessica Smith
Office Manager
jessica has been with Riverside since 2011. She has worked in every section of our business from the ambulance to the billing office. Jessica quickly progressed through the ranks and now serves as our office manager. She has a list of certifications as long as she is tall and you can find her in our billing office with Taylor at her side. Jessica enjoys her time outside of work going to the races wit her husband and two boys.
Andrew “Red” Perry
EMT/ Public Relations Director
Andrew has been in the healthcare field for over a decade now. He came to Riverside in 2020 during the pandemic and has taken strides in his professional career. He has a background in sales and marketing as well as years of emergency room experience including level 1 trauma centers. You can find Andrew around the office somewhere usually pulling a practical joke or two on Blake. Andrew spends his time outside of work going on tripss with his wife and son.
William Holmes
EMT
William has been serving the people of Poinsett County for 12 years; starting first as a probation officer, and later serving as both a deputy sheriff and an EMT. He is a graduate of Arkansas State University, having earned Bachelor's Degrees in both Criminology and Sociology in 2011. William is a proud father and a family man. He has been with Riverside since 2021 as an EMT, and hopes one day to serve the community and the business as a paramedic. Johnathan first started his career in EMS with Riverside in 2014 as an EMT. Through dedication and hard work he advanced to a paramedic position and eventually progressed to become our Personnel Director.
Taylor Perry
Dispatch/billing coordinator
Taylor started with Riverside in 2022 in the dispatch office. She quickly proved herself a valuable resource and cross trained in our billing department. She now handles all of our dispatching as well as various aspects of the billing process. She’s the first smiling face you see when you enter our office. She spends her time outside of work reading murder mysteries and enjoying time with her husband and son.
